Gulf Landscape and Irrigation Systems LLC, a leading landscaping company (GLIS) owned by Al Khayyat Investments, has been awarded a AED 33 Million contract to landscape Precinct 5 of the ambitious Mina Al Arab waterfront project in Ras Al Khaimah.

RAK Properties has selected GLIS for the development of detailed designs, construction, completion, maintenance of roads and landscape works in the project.

The work includes Road Works, Street Light, Hard Landscape, Soft Landscape, Irrigation System, Landscape Lights, Street Furniture, Water Features, Swimming Pools and  play area equipments

The mega project Mina Al Arab covers an area of 43 million square foot. The community includes small water parks, fitness centers, a marina, adventurous Arabian style theme parks and a traditional souq.
